Motivation can sometimes be VERY hard to come by…especially after you have experienced a setback. Before I decided to embark upon this “journey” I broke my toe. After 7 weeks of healing, no running, and 12 lbs later, I decided to get going again. Well, on last week I totaled my car and I hurt my back. I know, I know…Can a sister just catch a break??
While I am so grateful beyond measure to be alive and able to walk, love and hug my family…I must say, I am in a bit of a funk. Some would argue that I should be happy but all I want to do is curl up, and lie in my bed!
So, now I on a hunt to try and find my motivation. The funny thing is that I already know what to do! I already know what to say to “myself”! So, what’s the problem. I don’t know.
Today I just feel like BLAH.
So, with 109 Days to go, I’m taking Step 3…The Journey To Finding My Motivation!
